Instructions for the next page to which you will be directed after clicking "BUY NOW":

At the top of the page, fill in the amount of fees you wish to pay in the "Unit Price" box.

You may then either log in to your PayPal account to pay, or if you do not have a PayPal

account, simply click "continue" by the                                             logo in the lower left to

pay by one of those methods.
